Welcome to Meadow Restored! This is the first of many posts detailing my plan to transform a large flower bed located in a small town in Iowa. Bitter cold, painted in dull, muddy March tones, Iowa. It’s the first of many projects, but it’s a feat nonetheless.

I’m eager for Spring to arrive, but until then, I have lots of details to iron out for this project to be successful. Expect to see posts detailing the benefits of a lawn transformed, the harmful effects of pesticides and lawn care in general, and once the promised warmth of Spring arrives, expect many updates on the main project.
