I decided to do bi-monthly updates since plants don’t grow very fast. Go figure. We’ve had more of the same here in Iowa: lots and lots of rain, warmer weather, and enough dry days in between that I need to water the meadow occasionally. The plants are doing well; they’re about four or five inches tall right now. The only thing that bothers me is the amount of little maple saplings that have sprung up across half of the meadow. The neighboring tree worked hard to scatter as many seeds as it could, and I have hundreds of little saplings that I’ll have to pull when they get a bit taller. Oh well! Things could be a lot worse!
Until next time!
